If you find any defects in an unused product within 14 days of receiving it, we will cover the shipping costs for exchanges and refunds. However, if the product is damaged due to customer mishandling after use, exchanges or refunds will not be possible. The product can be repaired for a fee according to the specified amount for each product. In this case, the round-trip shipping cost will be the customer's responsibility.
